WHAT
Bright Dreams organized a fun race where everyone including people with disabilities came together for a fun family-friendly event. Regardless of if they have to roll their wheelchair across the trail or use other support mechanisms to complete the race, everyone no matter their handicaps was invited and encouraged to attend this race.
WHY
Bright Dreams organized this event in order to raise more awareness about disability inclusion within our society and provide people who have disabilities a fun activity to enjoy themselves while being included in a basic activity in our society.
WHEN & WHERE
The event was organized on October 15, 2022.
The race took place at Sam Houston Trail Park in Irving, Texas. The address was 101 I-635, Irving, TX 75038.
